We love this time of year!

Family, friends, lots of good food, singing and it's just a happy time of year. Because we are now in NC it doesn't feel like December here. And the holiday season is just not the same with out family around to share all the merriment with. Luckily we go home next month. Just a few weeks to go and we can't wait! Well the tree is up, lights are in the window and we have a great smelling candle on the warmer. We are set for the holidays. I find myself baking at every chance i get. Cookies, brownies, banana bread, and my favorite PB fudge! Although i love to bake i end up giving most of it away. You see I'm still trying to loose that baby weight! It's still fun to do the baking and give it to our neighbors. And they don't complain! But then again who would?! Other things going on in the Perry household...Oliver loves the movie Hook and watches it all day over and over again. He climbs right up to the kitchen table and watches it on the portable DVD player. While Jake watches Franklin or one of his other favorites. He also runs around the house singing "Love Story" and "Picture to Burn". We like Taylor Swift in this house! ha ha Justin is working long hours at Costco and just took on a second job at Sticky Fingers. Needless to say he is a very buys man these days. See last year i took a job during the holidays but because Hadley needs me i can't work. So Justin said that he would. Which is best because when i worked i think that i spent as much as i made! Well that's what will happen when you work at Old Navy, have two boys and get such a great discount. I am keeping busy cleaning the house, keeping up with the laundry and playing with the kids. We try to have as much fun during the day as possible. Jake is excited about eating breakfast with Santa in church on the 20Th. And i am looking forward to a possible move out of the apartment! We are still trying to break Ollie of the pacifier. Good luck us! And last but not least little baby Hadley is just starting to smile when you smile at her! I can't wait for her to grow up so that i can get her ears pierced, paint her nails and do her hair but yet I'm not in any hurry. I love snuggling with her and just looking at her. Our little crazy family is finally complete...with her.

Here we are shopping and I looked up at Oliver and noticed that he had his fingers in Daddy's ears! Oliver does this whenever he sits behind daddy's head. It's too funny! And Jake decide that he was going to sit and watch TV in the middle of the store. The funny thing is that the TV was playing commercials and he thought that it was a movie. Then when it was time to go he walked out with a Spongebobsquare pants DVD in his vest! Justin spotted it when we got out to the car. So I took him back in and we put it back on the shelf. Why didn't the alarms go off?

I think that we have too much fun driving to church, or we just act silly because of lack of food.

So I'm sure that everyone has heard of "Bubble Boy". I would like you to meet "Box Boy"! It's funny how kids can have so much fun with just a box.

Life with a Three year old, 20 month old and a one month old...

Jacob loves his little sister, and i can't keep him from picking her up and holding her. Every time i leave the room it gets quite and Hadley will start to cry or she'll stop. I'll ask "Jake what are you doing?" "Nothing just holding my sister." Even when she was a week old I was standing in the kitchen talking with my mom and sister and Jake came running through saying "I just got my sister!" We all looked at each other not sure what he said then Bethany stopped him and we found that he was carrying her into the playroom with all the kids! So Bethany grabs Hadley and says "Let her go!" "NO! You let her go." They went back and forth yelling at each other werstling on the kitchen floor and i just sat there laughing cause i knew she wouldn't get hurt. It was so funny.
Oliver on the other hand is 20 months now and we are trying to break him of the pacifier. Hadley doesn't take one that often. But when she does have it Oliver will steel it and says "Mine." Sometimes if i don't have a pacifier for her I'll let her suck on my finger. Well Oliver has taken note of this and has begun to stick his finger down her throat when we are in the car! He also takes her blanket off her and puts it on the floor in the car. So Oliver got moved to one side and Hadley to the other and Jake in the middle. We need a van to spilt them up!
